Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days counting from the date you receive your delivered parcel.

All returned items must remain in brand‑new, unused condition. Footwear must show zero signs of outdoor wear, scuffs or dirt. Original shoe boxes, tags and all included accessories have to be returned complete and undamaged. Worn, modified, artificially damaged goods or items missing original packaging will not qualify for refund.

Before sending goods back, you must submit a formal return application via support@topoathletic‑shoe.shop and obtain official return authorisation plus return‑address instructions. Any parcels sent back without prior approval will not be accepted for processing.

After our warehouse receives and inspects returned items and confirms they satisfy return standards, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1‑4 business days. Initial outbound shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where goods arrive defective, damaged in transit or we shipped an incorrect product.
